Getting up in the morning can be a drag, but these easy ways to feel great every morning will hopefully help you become more of a morning person, evening if you’re the most stubborn night owl!

5 Ways To Feel Great Every Morning:
1. Open Your Windows As Soon As You Get Up
Letting the morning sunlight and fresh air in is going to wake you up naturally, as opposed to turning on harsh fluorescent lights in your bathroom! You’ll wake up more quickly by doing this and you’re also going to feel a little bit of stress relief from the fresh air and natural light.
And, if it’s a really beautiful day, you’re just automatically going to be happier to get up and get out there!
2. Take A Cold Shower
Taking a cold shower instead of a hot shower has actually been shown to help you wake up in the morning! It increases your circulation and boosts your energy right at the perfect time to get your day started on a really good note.
The cold also triggers responses within your body that can relieve sore muscles and body pain and even strengthen your immune system!
3. Make A Delicious and Clean Plant Based Breakfast
Eating a big healthy vegan breakfast will energize you for the day, but it will also make you more excited to get out of bed if you know you’re eating something delicious that morning!
As a vegan, some of the meals I eat for breakfast include healthy low sugar pancakes, waffles, smoothie bowls – the list goes on!

4. Try Matcha Instead of Coffee
Matcha contains caffeine just like coffee does, but it typically has lower dosages of it in the same size drink. The great thing about matcha is that you don’t get crazy energy crashes a couple of hours after you’re finished drinking it – it’s more of a calm and steady energy boost throughout the day.
Matcha has tons of other benefits as well, like being good for your skin, it doesn’t stain your teeth like coffee does, and it’s filled with antioxidants that have amazing health implications!
This matcha is my favorite that I’ve ever tried, because not only is it delicious but it also contains tons of adaptogens to help relieve stress, and it even has vegan ingredients that are protective of your body’s collagen to keep your skin hydrated and glowing!
5. Listen To Your Favorite Music
Music puts everyone in a good mood, right?! Put on some of your favorite upbeat songs and dance a little bit first thing in the morning to energize yourself for the day ahead.
Listening to music will definitely make your mornings more pleasant, so maybe even try making a morning playlist with songs specifically meant to get you feeling excited for the day!

Ah these sound like great tips for the summer months or warm weather climates here in NY in the winter I have to do a hot shower and no opening of windows lol. Loved this!
